PCT’s 63rd Biblical Theology Study Camp for University Student, sponsored by PCT Campus Ministry Committee, was held at Presbyterian Bible College in the afternoon on January 26. This biblical studies camp for college student, entitled as “Whose iniquities are forgiven?”, focuses on doctrines of Christian faith such as sin, forgiveness, salvation and etc.

The 2026 Prayer Meeting for Christian Unity, sponsored by the National Council of Churches of Taiwan (NCCT), was held on January 24 at Guting Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Praying for Christian unity, world peace and the suffering people in war, many pastors, brothers and sisters from major Taiwan churches, including the Presbyterian Church in Taiwan, the Catholic Church, the Taiwan Lutheran Church, the Taiwan Episcopal Church and Methodist Church, gathered together to follow a Armenian Apostolic Church liturgy to respond to the theme of prayer - One Body and One God.

In order to strengthen the tribal awareness of disaster prevention and rehab capacity after catastrophic emergency, the PCT Church and Society Committee and the Mustard Seed Mission jointly held a seminar, entitled as "From Self-Help to Work-Together: Buliblosan Tribe's Rehabilitation with the Government" on January14 at Atomo Cultural and Health Station of Guang-fu Township in Hualien County.

The thanksgiving service of the 70th Anniversary of the Bible Society in Taiwan(BSTWN) was held at Shi-lin Presbyterian Church at Taipei in the morning on January 10. In his opening speech, Rev Hsu Cheng-dao, chairman of BSTWN and chief pastor of Shi-lin Church, said “God's words, like pillars of cloud and fire in the wilderness, continue to lead and enlighten every step of Christians’ lives with peace and hope.”

On January 4, Da-Tao-Cheng Church and Da-Chaio Church jointly held a thanksgiving service and monument unveiling ceremony for Pang-Khiah Chapel. Rev David Hsei, chief pastor of Da-Tao-Cheng Church, gave his sermon entitled as “March Forward Without Fear” reviewing the history of the destruction of Da-Long-Dong Church by mobs in 1884 during the Sino-French War.
